The West Coast State System is a Democrat-controlled entity with a long history of progress. Citizens in the state are advocated for by a competing legislative branch, which includes the Senate and the Lower Chamber. The governor, currently Gavin Newsom, oversees the executive branch and plays a key role implementing state policy. The judiciary
